|Returning a Standard Ship Item or Special Ship Item
here and follow the instructions to in order to receive your
Return Authorization Number (All packages being
delivered to the below listed address must have an RA# or the delivery
will be refused or sent to salvage!!!!).
satisfaction is guaranteed, or your money will be refunded minus
the shipping charges. All items are guaranteed to be in safe working
condition, as described, or they will be repaired or replaced at
the seller's option. Buyers are allowed 7 days from the time of
receipt to inspect the items for defects. Broken or damaged items
caused while using the item are a warranty issue which must be dealt
with through the manufacturer.
Things to note:
- We do not charge a restocking fee for returned items received
within 2 weeks of receipt of item.
- Items received without an RA# clearly written on the box will
be charged a 20% restocking fee. Items received without an RA#
and we can not figure out who it belongs to will be sent to salvage.
- RA numbers expire after 2 weeks from the date of issue. Items
received after 2 weeks of you receiving the RA# will be charged
a 10 % restocking fee. Items received after 4 weeks of you receiving
the RA# will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
- New items removed from the original wrapper will be charged
a 10% restocking fee.
- Factory thirds and ex-rental items that appear to have been
used by the customer will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
- New items that that appear to have been used will be charged
a 50% demo fee.
- If the return is a result of our error we will send you a return
shipping label for Fed Ex Ground. If you send the item back without
using our return label, unless otherwise instructed, we will not
refund you your shipping costs.
Before returning your item:
- Fill out the Return
Authorization Form to receive an RA Number
- Write the RA# that you received on the outside of the box in large
- Inside include your name address and product that you are returning
as well as the reason you are returning it.
- All products must be returned within 2 weeks, in good condition,
in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts
and accessories to insure full credit.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We will not accept
- For your protection, we recommend that you use Fed-ex ground or
Insured Parcel Post for your return unless directed to ship an item
to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), ship

· Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you
are returning to insure that the package is returned to the warehouse.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally
used for purchase within 2 weeks of our receiving your returned
product. You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return
is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our
part. Our Standard Return policies do not apply to all items.
